Brittany & Eddie

 

It's always an honor when someone chooses me to capture the most important moments in their lives. I chose photography because I love being a small part of these moments, and knowing that you'll cherish the moments I capture for the rest of your lives. This session was so special because Brittany & Eddie were expecting their first sweet baby. This session was absolutely perfect. From the weather to golden hour and the really beautiful location, we had so much fun and I'm so excited to share this session!

Brittany and Eddie moved to the Dallas area a few years ago and were so excited when they found out they were having a baby! They are the sweetest couple and I had so much fun getting to know them and capturing their love and excitement for the next season of their lives! 


When you book a session with me, I always provide outfit suggestions and some tips on dressing all the people in your family. When it comes to maternity sessions, I also typically provide a list of dress suggestions that are affordable and ship fast. This was very helpful for Brittany because she had no clue what to wear. I sent a list of 5 different dresses and she chose this stunning lace dress in a beautiful tan color. Eddie wore black pants and had both a beige shirt and about halfway through, he changed into a blue shirt.


We took photos at a few different spots around the park, but my favorite was a random hill where the sun had just set behind a cluster of trees. It was so beautiful and I'm so glad the Hudson's chose Erwin Park as their location. I love this spot so much!


I am so honored the Hudsons chose me to capture some of the last moments of their family as a family of 2. It's so sweet to watch couples talk about how they love one another and are excited to bring a tiny human into their family to share the love with. Thank you, Brittany and Eddie, for choosing me!
